72 Hours. Every Machine. No Exceptions.

Industry standard FAT is 2–4 hours of continuous run. LayerQuestar runs every machine for 72 hours before it leaves the factory.

    Every spec on the purchase order is checked against the physical machine before the test begins.

    72-hour continuous production run

    Machine runs at rated output with your specified resin and film specification. No stops, no resets.

    Film thickness tolerance check

    Output film measured against the ±8% thickness tolerance specification across the full bubble width.

    Temperature stability log

    OMRON PID temperature control verified at ±1°C deviation under stable running conditions.

    Sign-off & dispatch

    FAT report issued. Buyer or buyer's representative signs off. Machine is then packed and dispatched.
